    We offer free pick-up at our San Francisco location, local delivery within San Francisco zip codes, and nationwide shipping through FedEx. For larger or more delicate pieces, we’ll coordinate special delivery arrangements directly with you.

  • Where are you located in San Francisco?

    We do not currently have a physical storefront with a public address. For pick-up orders, we will contact you directly to set up a date and time, and provide the location. Our pick-up stop is conveniently located near Stonestown Mall.

  • Do you restore or alter vintage pieces?

    No, we do not alter or restore items. Each vintage piece is sold as is—celebrated for its history, character, and imperfections that tell a story.

  • Are your items sustainable?

    Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. By giving vintage pieces a second life and sourcing thoughtfully crafted new items, we encourage mindful design and reduce waste. To further support sustainability, we encourage customers to pick up pieces in person or choose local delivery within San Francisco—helping reduce packaging materials and environmental impact.

  • Can I purchase multiple quantities of the same item?

    Each piece is unique, so most items are one-of-a-kind and available in a single quantity only.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because of the unique and often delicate nature of our items, all sales are final. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out—we’re happy to provide additional details or photos.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not yet. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Do you provide interior design services in addition to selling pieces?
